Occupational Therapy

Many special needs students exhibit weaknesses with respect to self-care and the physical requirements necessary for learning and recreation. They may require help with Visual Motor, Fine Motor, & Gross Motor Skills and Sensory Integration/Modulation. Through The Third Academy Diagnostic & Assessment Centre, those students who require the services of a certified Occupational Therapist can be assisted. This service is provided on an "as needed" basis and accessed through the Student Health Initiative Program.
